Mouth ulcer is an inflammatory condition characterized by the appearance of an ulcerative edema or sore on the inner surface of the mouth (oral mucosa) and causes pain.
Mouth sores can be smaller (sores) or larger sores. It most often occurs on the inside of the cheeks (cheeks) and the inside of the lips, but can also occur on the palate and the underside or tips of the tongue.
